Places

This is where you manage information on all the locations of your dive service. These locations are grouped into 4 types, Dive Destinations, Accommodations, Dive Center and Others.

How do I add a new place?

Click on the "+ Add New" button. Select Place Type from the dropdown box. Key in the Name, Location/Address, Price & Privacy. Click on the "Create Place and Next" button. Depending on the Place Type you have selected, you will be lead to different tabs

How do I create a new destination?

See How do I add a new place?. Selecting Dive Destination as Place Type from the dropdown box earlier will bring you to the Details tab. Upload Photo, key in Description and the Facilities for the Destination.

How do I add already created dive sites to the destination?

Click "Dive Sites" tab on the left. An auto search within the input box will assist you to add Dive Sites already in the database to the Dive Destination To add Dive Sites, click "Dive Sites" tab on the left. An auto search within the input box will assist you to add Dive Sites already in the database to the Dive Destination

How do I create new dive sites?

See How do I add a new place?. Selecting Dive Sites as Place Type from the dropdown box earlier will bring you to the Details tab. Upload Photo, key in details for the Dive Site like Visibility, Average Depth, Maximum Depth, Unique Features, Known Hazards. Click on the "Save" button.

How do I create new accommodation?

See How do I add a new place?. Selecting Accommodation as Place Type from the dropdown box earlier will bring you to the Add Details tab. Upload Photo, key in Description and details for the Accommodation like Price Range, Total Rooms, Total Capacity. Click on the "Save and Add Rooms" button. Key in the No. of Rooms, Capacity, Price S$, Description and Amenities.

How do I add new dive center?

See How do I add a new place?. Selecting Dive Center as Place Type from the dropdown box earlier will bring you to the Add Details tab. Upload Photo, key in Description and the Facilities for the Dive Center.

How do I delete Places?

Check the checkbox on the left of the place and click "delete" button.

How do I search Places?

Type a place name or a portion of the place name in the text box. Example, "Tio" and click 'Search Places' button. Results matching the search criteria will be displayed below. In the above example "Tio", places with names inclusive of Tioman, ~tion, etc, will be shown. You can filter the results by using the "Filter by:" dropdown selection on the top left corner.
